This instructional project involves the redesign of the graduate course ITC 5630, Advanced Web Design for Education, to provide opportunities to increase the capacity and skillfulness of Instructional Technology students here at Appalachian State to collaborate with colleagues from different cultures utilizing various online communication tools. Partner universities and agencies in the Tamil Nadu region of southern India have have agreed to collaborate with students in ITC 5630 using both synchronous and asynchronous communication technologies throughout the semester.
