UOG School of Education Alumni Fund

For students in the School of Education at the University of Guam there is currently the foundation of technical capability, combined with a great need and expressed interest in enrolling in distance learning courses. What is currently lacking, with regard to offering fully online course, is a combination of several components, including the lack of distance education leadership and support at the university level, the need for greater faculty experience and training in developing distance education materials and online courses, and the deficiency in software and hardware technology materials to develop and assess online course content.
